3.  HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Acute toxication:  inhale plenty of high dencity product leads to nausea, soar throat, cough, stuffy chest and difficult breath. No sequelae. This product can also cause skin congestion and dropsy.

Environment damage:  damage the environment.

Burning and explosion hazard:  no explosion and burning reaction with kinds of tests.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES

        Inhalation:  remove the victim from the contamination immediately to fresh air.

Skin contact:  take off the cloth and flush the skin with soap at least 15 mins, see the doctor.

Eye contact:  lift eyelid and flush with plenty of water or physiological saline immediately at least 15 mins. See the doctor.

Ingestion:  drink enough warm water to induce vomit. See the doctor.

            Process:  cut the power. Move the container from fire to spacious place. Do not stop spray water until finishing extinguishing to keep the container cool.

Elimilate ignition sources. Evacuate from contaminated area to safe place. Take isolation, restrict coming in and going out. People who make treatment should wear respirator and fire protective clothes. Try to cut leaking sources avoid flow to sewer.

Small leakage: try to scoop leaked material into airtight container and absorb with active carbon or other inert material, or flush with plenty of water and drain the diluted material to waste water system.

Large leakage: dike or dig, use receiver to collect leaked material and move to waste treatment station.

                      Handling:  operate in doors with ventilation, operator should receive special training and operate strictly abide by rules. Far away from ignition sources. No smoking. Use ventilation equipment. Handle with care. To avoid damaging fire-fighting equipment and emergency treatment devices.

Storage:  store in cool warehouse with ventilation. Far away from ignition

sources. Avoid sunlight and rain. Keep container closed. Store seprately from
